Our Mission

Help Christ-followers find healing and joy through God’s truth, so freedom fuels everyday calling.

What We Do

Many of us carry quiet lies: I’m too much. I’m not enough. No one cares. Here, we learn to bring those lies to Jesus and listen for His voice. We do this through practical guidance, prayer, and stories of hope. Some will need deeper healing and we will encourage investigating pathways like trauma-informed therapy, Internal Family Systems, and more, so you can walk with Jesus in greater wholeness and purpose.

On the blog, you’ll find:

Our Story

In 1995, God called Deb to hospital chaplaincy. After graduating from seminary and becoming ordained, she became a board certified chaplain working in an urban level I trauma hospital for almost 20 years. Asking what was next, God placed this ministry on her heart: Tangled Not Broken.

During prayer, Deb asked, “Why am I so broken?” The Lord showed a crumpled necklace in His hand. He gently shook it into a perfect oval and said, “You are tangled, not broken.”

Since then, Deb has watched God meet people in prayer, speak truth to hurting places, and begin lifelong freedom. Tangled Not Broken is an invitation to younger and older believers alike: come to Jesus, let Him do the untangling, and step into the life He designed for you.
